Due Diligence
Check the Supplier
Before the Deal Moves
Cross-border trade fails when buyers rely on weak supplier documents, incomplete factory data, and unverified compliance claims.
QH8 Systems helps importers, exporters, procurement teams, and project owners review supplier evidence before purchase orders, escrow releases, or trade-finance decisions move forward.
We focus on one question:
Can the supplier prove the data behind the shipment?
Button: Request Supplier Review
What We Review
Supplier Verification
We review the supplier’s production profile, export readiness, documentation quality, and ability to support buyer-side compliance requirements.
Document Review
We review available supplier records, certificates, energy reports, production declarations, technical files, and shipment-related documents.
CBAM Readiness
For EU-facing materials, we check whether the supplier can support CBAM-related data requests with structured and defensible evidence.
Trade-Risk Screening
We identify weak points before purchase orders, escrow releases, letters of credit, or buyer commitments move forward.
Built for Regulated Trade
QH8 Systems supports due diligence for importers, exporters, industrial buyers, construction material distributors, procurement teams, infrastructure developers, commodity traders, battery-sector buyers, and factories exporting into regulated markets.
We are especially useful for trade involving steel, cement, aluminum, fertilizer, battery materials, industrial components, construction materials, and energy-intensive production.
Why It Matters
Weak Supplier Data Becomes Buyer Risk
A low price is not enough if the supplier cannot prove the data behind the product.
Common risks include incomplete production records, weak CBAM documentation, unverified origin claims, inconsistent energy data, unsupported carbon declarations, missing supplier evidence, poor document traceability, unclear factory capacity, and buyer-side compliance exposure.
QH8 Systems helps identify these issues before they become commercial problems.
How the Process Works
1. Supplier Intake
We collect the basic supplier, product, facility, country, shipment, and trade information.
2. Document Review
We review available records, declarations, certificates, energy data, and export documentation.
3. Evidence Gap Analysis
We identify what is missing, weak, inconsistent, or unsupported.
4. Technical Data Path
Where needed, QH8 Technologies can support facility-level telemetry and digital evidence generation.
5. Buyer-Ready Output
QH8 Systems packages the findings into a clear due diligence summary for commercial decision-making.
Asset & Battery Passport Verification: The EU now mandates Digital Product Passports (DPP) and Battery Passports for industrial imports. We audit your supplier’s facility to ensure they possess the raw energy and physical telemetry required to support a compliant asset passport before your trade capital is committed.
What You Receive
Depending on the project scope, QH8 Systems can provide a supplier risk summary, CBAM readiness review, document gap report, trade-risk checklist, evidence request list, factory data review, import-export documentation notes, recommended next steps, and settlement milestone recommendations.
Connected to QH8 Technologies
QH8 Systems is the commercial and trade layer.
QH8 Technologies is the technical evidence layer.
When supplier documents are not enough, QH8 Technologies can support facility-level evidence through non-invasive telemetry, operational data review, and SHA-256 sealed documentation.
QH8 Systems then structures that evidence for due diligence, import-export review, CBAM readiness, and trade decision support.
Our Role
QH8 Systems is not a customs broker, statutory auditor, law firm, bank, or official certification body.
We provide technical evidence review, supplier due diligence support, documentation structuring, and trade-risk screening.
Where regulated legal, customs, banking, or certification services are required, QH8 Systems coordinates with qualified third-party providers.
Check the Supplier Before You Commit
Before you release a purchase order, escrow payment, or trade-finance instruction, verify the supplier’s documentation and evidence position.
QH8 Systems helps structure the review before the transaction moves.
Live Verification
Verify the Evidence Before the Deal Moves
Supplier documents should not be trusted only because they look professional. They should be checked.
QH8-sealed evidence packages can include a unique SHA-256 record connected to the supplier’s facility data, documentation package, or Digital Supply Chain Passport.
Buyers, importers, procurement teams, and compliance departments can use this record to confirm whether the submitted file matches the original sealed evidence package.
How It Works
The supplier submits a QH8-sealed document, Digital Supply Chain Passport, CBAM-readiness package, or trade evidence file.
The buyer locates the SHA-256 record shown on the document.
The buyer opens the Verify a Record link through the QH8 verification registry.
The hash is checked against the registered record to confirm whether the submitted file matches the sealed version.
If the document was changed after sealing, the verification result will not match.
What the Hash Proves
The verification record helps confirm that the submitted evidence package matches the sealed record.
It supports document integrity, traceability, and tamper-evident review.
It does not replace customs authorities, statutory auditors, certification bodies, banks, or legal review.
